Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after funds have cleared. We'll let you know when your order has been dispatched and provide a tracking number.

All non rural orders will be delivered door to door within NZ. Rural deliveries will be delivered door to door for an additional cost. To save the extra cost, rural deliveries can be delivered to the nearest town depot if there is a depot within the town.

Sorry orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

  • $69 for orders between 2 kg  - 4.9 kg.
  • $99 for orders between 5 kg - 15 kg

  • $49 for orders under 2 kg
  • $89 for orders between 2 kg - 4.9 kg

  • $69 for orders under 2 kg

Delivery for large items over 15 kg

For extra large Items please contact us and we will provide a quote but please note that it might not be practical to freight some of the larger items.

Upon receipt of your item/s

Upon receipt of your order please unwrap and check asap for any damage. If damage has occurred in transit, or if the wrong items have been delivered, please advise us within 48 hours and we will take steps to resolve.

Returns

GHI will not accept returns or refund because you simply "change your mind", so please choose carefully. Please check the images, descriptions and dimensions on our website carefully and feel free to ask any questions or request further images or information BEFORE you purchase.

We will only make, and are only obliged to make, a refund according to our Refunds & Returns policy, the guidelines of which are stated in this policy.

  • Where our products are damaged in transit;
  • Your goods have a manufacturers fault/flaw or damage and these faults/flaws are not deemed to be part of the "rustic" or "recycled" look of the item;
  • The incorrect item has been delivered to you;

Please note that we will not accept goods returned without prior notification. Make sure to include the original receipt/invoice and the return the item in its original packaging.

If an item is accepted for return and a refund is given we will not refund transport costs or credit card charges.

A refund will only be made by electronic transfer to your nominated account.

We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon purchase or receipt.

We are happy to accept any cancellation of online orders provided the goods have not been dispatched.
