TERMS & CONDITIONS


By purchasing from GLOBAL HOME INTERIORS ("GHI") or using this website, the purchaser ("customer") agrees to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS of sale.

PRICING

GHI is based in New Zealand ( NZ ), therefore all prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars ( $NZD ) and include GST ( 15% sales tax ). All prices shown exclude delivery charges. GHI reserves the right to correct or alter prices at any time.

COLOUR & CONDITION OF ITEMS

1. We have done our best to display and describe colour of items as accurately as is possible. If you require any confirmation of information regarding colour/s, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

2. If an item is made from recycled materials there may be colour variations between what is photographed and what is received. We are happy to take photos for your approval of the item prior to dispatch if requested.

2. GHI carry a lot of product described as "Vintage", "Antique", "Rustic", "Recycled" or "Used". These items are not always new or in perfect condition. They will carry faults/flaws/marks/dents/cracks that are part of the items character, and in my mind, make the item more interesting. Please be aware of this when purchasing items marked with the above description. If pefect is what you are after, then don't purchase any of these!

PAYMENT

GHI accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, QCARD, UNION PAY OR BANK TRANSFER. Your order will be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have cleared.

GHI bank detail are  ANZ 06-0201-0938409-00. If a customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, GHI will not accept any responsibility for correcting the payment, or cover any additional fees incurred . Your order will also be delayed until funds appear in the correct account and are cleared.

DELIVERY  

1. All orders will incur delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of funds being cleared. All orders will be delivered door to door within NZ except rural areas, which will be delivered to the nearest depot. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a P O Box address.

2. Upon receipt of your order please unwrap and check for any damage.  If damage has occurred in transit, or if the wrong item has been delivered, please advise GHI within 48 hours of this damage and we will take steps to resolve.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

1. GHI will not accept returns or refund because you simply " change your mind ", so please choose carefully. Please check the images, descriptions and dimensions on our website carefully and feel free to ask any questions or request further images or information BEFORE you purchase.

2. We will only make, and are only obliged to make, a refund according to our Refunds & Returns policy, the guidelines of which are stated in this policy.

(a) Where our products are damaged in transit;

(b) Your goods have a manufacturers fault/flaw or damage and these faults/flaws are not deemed to be part of the "rustic" or "recycled" look of the item;

(c) The incorrect item has been delivered to you;

3. Please note that we will not accept goods returned without prior notification to GHI. The original receipt/invoice must accompany the returned item and the returned item must be in its original packaging.

4. If an item is accepted for return and a refund is given we will not refund transport costs or credit card charges.

5. A refund will only be made by electronic transfer to your nominated account.

6. We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon purchase or receipt.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

GHI will accept cancellation of online orders only if the goods have not been dispatched.
